For products in stock, expect a 48 hour turn around. We ship all products via UPS, FED-EX and US Post unless otherwise stated by customer.
We do not accept unscheduled walk-ins.
You may return products for exchange only within the applicable warranty time. Returns must be received by Pro-Link within 30 days of invoice date. Before sending product back to us, you must first obtain an RMA number. Make sure returns are accompanied by the RMA number. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for unnecessary returns. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 7 days from receipt date. Acceptance of return is based on the discretion of Pro-Link. No returns will be accepted if the product was a non stocking item and had to be specially manufactured. CUSTOMS ARE NON RETURNABLE and/or REFUNDABLE.
